Quiet ambiance and central location made our stay really good. Plus their wifi was fast. That was cheap hotel set in very nice area, close enough to the Kyoto station, bus links, nice restaurants.

Food and location were very good, I had a very positive stay. Pleasant view of garden. I appreciated attached restaurant. Outdoor bar and good pool. Pretty much what I expected: WELL-ORGANIZED hotel, reasonably priced.

We were there for 8 days, everything was perfect, enjoyed its unbeatable location next to bus stop, the Kyoto station, shops and many restaurants. Clean and affordable hotel in Nakagyo Ward district. Great reception.

Certainly a wonderful experience for short stay in Kyoto. I loved this hotel, it was new modern with free wi-fi. There was a modest restaurant, a market and shopping malls next door. Famous area. The laundry staff there was fairly good;)))

Good food, very very nice staff. We liked our queen room. There were a market and shopping malls around the hotel. Fast check-in too. Moreover, it had free wifi in all rooms. It was an enjoyable base for our such wonderful stay.
